All I want for Xmas is a PSP
Nowadays, web logs; commonly known as blogs are as rampant as mushrooms sprouting after a storm. Almost every person i know has a blog. even a 10-year old has a blog! But the most groundbreaking news I've ever encountered was using blogs to advertise. A couple of days ago I've read from a news network site that Sony Computer Entertainment America apparently used a PR blog to advertise their product,the Playstation Portable. What's amusing or rather shocking for some is that they used an imaginary hip-hop musician named "Charlie" to praise the said product. the blog aimed to help children coerce their moms to buy PSP's with the help of the said blog. Some people found it very offending using imaginary people to praise their product. The issue has been very widespread until recently Sony finally admitted that they really did that and editing "Charlie"'s blog saying that they have been "a little too clever". Well in my opinion it really is not an issue whether Sony used and imaginary boy to advertise, it's their job after all. It's like praising your Nintendo Wii for being very innovative and creative in their design when in fact the controller really sucked ass (who in the right mind would think of throwing their Wii controller at your TV?). What I'm trying to say is that even if Sony used blogs to praise their PSP it is still up to our parents if they will buy the product or not. In a 3rd world country like the Philippines I don't think that will have a very large effect. But still I'm hoping that the next time my mom surfs the net, she would glance upon that wonderful blog. Resolutions
ok now that the semester is already starting i think it's time to make some resolutions. im not the type to make resolutions but i think i really need it this time (if i want to graduate). anyway, here goes:
1.Acads gets the top priority:
-even if it's just an assignment or a seatwork or teh design I want to spend my time first finishing every requirements before anything else
2.Minimize O2jam and other games:
-since ive been playing all my life here in UPLB i think it's time to cut my playing time to 25% at the most. i cant really remove playing in my system because im a hardcore gamer and it's the only way i can get rest from all those requirements.
3.Miming gets the next priority after acads.
-i love her.
4.Go home early:
-10pm-11pm at the most.
5.Aim for 1.0:
-i know it's very hard to get an uno especially in my course but still it's not impossible.
6.Aim for the sky, at least you fall on the roof:
-always aim for the highest grade.
7.Be creative:
-this concerns my ChE165. i need to be creative in order to get a high grade. i will not allow my laziness to conquer me.
8.Don't forget that you have friends:
-never take them for granted. theyll add to the stress if you do so.
9.Have Fun:
-im an expert at this. :D

"Heaven falls. Details at eleven."
i know i'm double posting pero i just found this very nice and very short story by robert jordan. :D here's the story: "Heaven falls. Details at eleven." that's it. apparently the fantasy writer's world is trying to acoomplish the same goal Ernest Hemmingway did when he wrote his 6-word short story "For sale: baby shoes, never worn." which he called it his best work ever. so dragonmount.com asked robert jordan to write a very short story. and that's what he wrote. i don't know if you get the story but if you are a wheel of time fan you will be very much amazed at the amount of details he put in that 5-word story. :D i just love Knife of Dreams :D

weee~~!! at last graduating na status ko. hehehe actually dapat three years ago pa ko graduate. pero delinquent ako e kaya ayun inabot ako ng mrr. luckily pinayagan ang extension ko. hay... kala ko talaga di na ko makakagraduate sa up. sana matapos ko na to. i wanna have a job na tapos every weekend ko na idadate si miming >.< tapos tapos... hihihihi!~!!!~!!

yey! for the first time in my o2jam career I starting to feel like I'm getting better. :D feeling ko kasi naabot ko na yung limit ko sa o2jam e. pero hindi pa pala. :D just finished Go Hell Hard 5 minutes ago. :D
